Spend The Night In An Airbnb That Was Once An Actual Horse Stall Right Here In Tennessee
As local travel experts, we know what travelers are looking for when it comes to finding the perfect accommodations for their next trip. To compile our lists, we scour the internet to find properties with excellent ratings and reviews, desirable amenities, nearby attractions, and that something special that makes a destination worthy of traveling for.
There are all sorts of neat Airbnb’s to stay at nowadays, from train cars to primitive camping sites out in the wilderness, but have you ever stayed in a horse stall? Sure, the question seems a little wild, but here in Lebanon, Tennessee you can stay the night in a renovated horse stall that is bound to make some incredible memories. Don’t knock it until you’ve seen it, because this stunningly modernized space is perfect for a weekend stay on the farm.

This particular Airbnb is located on Starstruck Farm, a property formerly owned by country music star Reba McEntire. The barn itself was originally constructed by Reba, and the 46 acres of stunning Tennessee farmland make for the perfect backdrop for your stay. The property has multiple places to stay throughout, including thoughtfully constructed A-Frames.

The farm is located a mere 200 yards from the beautiful Old Hickory Lake, and you can take a day trip to either the Cherokee or Gallatin Marina nearby. Keep in mind that you’re staying on a farm with others, so you may hear happy gatherings on-site or perhaps peek at the occasional farm animal.

Outside of each horse stall suite, you’ll find a community gathering area outfitted with picnic tables and games. It’s a great spot to decompress when you first arrive or to gather with other friends who may be staying on the property.

The inside of each stall has its own private full bathroom as well as a big screen RV and free WIFI. Pets are allowed, and you are provided with toiletry essentials and bed linens perfect for a comfortable stay.

There is a queen bed in the loft upstairs, as well as a double bed and a floor mattress. Up to five guests can stay in the space at a time. There is an extra fee of $20 a day for pets and $10 a day per child.

Here you can see a birds-eye view of the intimately adorned space. Expect quirky and fun, not a hotel-level luxury. This is the kind of place you book to make a memory and spend an unconventional night. You can also explore the property during the day and take advantage of the hiking trails and beautiful views on-site.

Would you stay the night here? Evenings begin at $52 a night, but the price may fluctuate due to availability and demand. Make sure you book early, friends!
