El Fuego Restaurante in East Nashville is a bit further removed from downtown than many East Nashville sites, but this one is definitely worth a visit from anywhere in the city.
El Fuego is owned and run by Jose, who moved to Nashville from Ecuador and is passionate about food, hospitality, and serving some of the best hand-made margaritas you'll find anywhere.
One of the specialty items that you'll find on the El Fuego menu is the order of Suadero tacos. They're a bit different than other tacos that you'll find in the city, but they're absolutely bursting with flavor.
Of course, El Fuego doesn't serve only tacos. In fact, their menu is full of Mexican and other Latin American dishes that are sure to satisfy any hungry customer.
El Fuego has been popular ever since it opened, so you may experience some trouble parking or a line when you go. Be sure to plan ahead, but know that they are well worth any wait you might experience.
El Fuego Restaurante is open every day of the week with hours from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and they stay open an extra hour until 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. We'll see you there!
