One couple in Chattanooga is looking to fix that with their new restaurant in an old, converted convenience store. While the space may be small, the barbecue has massive flavor, and this hidden gem likely won’t be hidden for long.

Charlie's Quik Stop BBQ opened in October of 2018 in an old neighborhood gas station and convenience store, and much of the decor is reminiscent of the store's roots.
