Nashville has managed to make a big splash in recent years with their newly minted coffee culture and unique eating experiences, but the Gray Canary in Memphis has managed to put the east side of the state on the map. The inventive eating experience and beautiful space are right at home in the historic city of Memphis, and locals have welcomed it with open arms.
