Spend The Night With Spirits At This Haunted Historic Wyoming Inn
The Nagle Warren Mansion in Cheyenne, Wyoming, offers a unique and historic bed and breakfast experience with a touch of paranormal intrigue.
When you're looking for a unique place to stay in Wyoming, visit one gorgeous and historic Cheyenne mansion. This beautiful building is one of the most impressive places you'll ever step foot in, and it's just waiting to show you all that it has to offer.
This beautiful mansion is one of the few residences in Cheyenne that date back to the 1800s. In 1997, Jim Osterfoss bought it, restored it, and opened the Nagle Warren Mansion as a Bed and Breakfast.
The home was originally built in 1888 by Erasmus Nagle. After his passing, Wyoming's first Governor, Francis E. Warren, bought the house and moved in. After Warren's passing, his wife Clara LaBarron Morgan donated the house to the Cheyenne YMCA.
The stone carriage house is now connected to the main house, and the original stone smokehouse still stands on the property.
Today, you'll find 12 beautiful guest rooms, and the Carraige House and Main House are both filled with period-authentic, Victorian West furnishings.
The rooms are named after significant figures, like, General John Joseph "Black Jack" Pershing, founder Erasmus Nagle, the Sullivan family that once owned the Mansion, and of course, the Warren family.
There is no more elegant place to stay than this gorgeous Wyoming mansion, and it is nestled right in the heart of the state's most haunted city.
Some guests have reported paranormal happenings, and the host loves to tell tales of the city's legendary ghosts.
The history of the building is quite remarkable, and when Warren lived here, he hosted Presidents Teddy Roosevelt and William Taft. Could it be one of their spirits coming back for a visit?
Whether you believe in ghosts or reject the notion of paranormal activity, you're sure to have a delightful stay at the Nagle Warren Mansion.
This stunning and haunted Wyoming hotel is sure to be one of your favorite getaway destinations for as long as you live - and maybe even longer.
