While all of the state's campgrounds are certainly beautiful, one in particular is sure to take your breath away. Jenny Lake Campground is named for the iconic body of water at the foot of the Tetons, and the following photographs can help you imagine just how stunning the site is.

Jenny Lake Campground is located in the iconic Grand Teton National Park. Due to its proximity to Jenny Lake, this spot is easily one of the best in the park, and perhaps the entire state.

Not only does the campground have breathtaking views, but it also offers plenty of hiking and other recreational activities nearby.

When many people dream of the perfect camping location, they typically search for a combination of things. In Wyoming, some of the most beautiful features are the mountains and the pristine lakes, both of which are visible from the Jenny Lake Campground. With the Grand Teton range in the distance, it's hard to imagine a more picturesque set-up.

Campers will enjoy plenty of recreational activities, ranging from nearby hiking trails to watersports. One of the most popular activities is fishing both on Jenny Lake as well as Cottonwood Creek. There are also boat shuttles available for hikers who wish to explore Hidden Falls or Inspiration Point. It’s also a great place to keep on the lookout for some of the surrounding wildlife, especially moose.

If you're looking for one of the most memorable nights under the Wyoming stars, you can't go wrong with this breathtaking site. The campground can be accessed from Highway 89 on the South Jenny Lake turnoff, just eight miles north of Moose. The sites are available from mid-May to the end of September and can be reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
