There’s A Fine Dining Restaurant At The Top Of This Washington Hotel With Sweeping City Views
Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge in Seattle offers exceptional dining with stunning city views and a nostalgic ambiance.
It isn't exactly easy to hide a restaurant in downtown Seattle. It also isn't impossible. You can live your entire life in the Emerald City without knowing that Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge exists, but we certainly don't recommend it. Not only is the food outstanding, but the views will take your breath away.
Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge is located on the 16th floor of LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE, a beautiful local landmark.
The hotel combines the past and present with its midcentury modern aesthetic.
Once you reach the 16th floor, you'll get your first glimpse of the lounge.
As you can see, it's more classic than modern, and more sophisticated than swanky. And that's exactly how the team prefers it.
The restaurant has a vintage charm, using elements of the past to create a nostalgic feeling...
... but what you'll remember most are the sweeping views of the city.
Depending on where you sit, you can enjoy views of downtown or Elliott Bay.
This is a fantastic spot for a date night, special occasion, or any time you happen to be craving a mouthwatering meal.
The menu rotates seasonally, and the restaurant often offers special menus, like their recent Summer Solstice lineup.
Executive Chef Alexander La Motte spares no detail when creating these edible works of art.
He uses locally made, grown, and raised ingredients to create a hearty dinner menu with plenty of seafood and fresh vegetables.
If you enjoy a good cocktail, you won't want to skip ordering one (or two) here.
Whether you get something classic or a menu specialty, you'll be blown away by how well it's made (and how beautiful it looks).
Every morsel is a masterpiece at Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge.
They open for dinner at 5 p.m. Wednesday - Sunday, but you can get there as early as 3 p.m. for happy hour.
If you had no idea this restaurant existed until now, you're not alone. But there is good news: you can make a reservation online and try it for yourself.
