October Country Inn is located in the sleepy town of Bridgewater Corners, Vermont.
It's close enough to the highway to make it an easy trip, but the house is tucked away enough to make it truly feel like a peaceful getaway.
The Inn first opened its doors to guests in 1975.
The first owners of the inn were Ruth and Pete Hall who purchased the land in 1972. At the time, it was just a farmhouse, barn, and shed without any electricity or power. With a few years of hard work, the pair were able to turn this rustic farmhouse into a comfortable and beautiful bed and breakfast. Today, it is owned by Chuck and Edie Janisse.
They have rooms of all sizes available for guests.
