Why stay in a boring hotel room when you can sleep in a glamping tent, tiny house, treehouse, or yurt? East Zion Resort in Utah has all of that and more.
When you're looking for truly unique accommodations for your Zion National Park trip, look no further than East Zion Resort. It's located in Orderville, about 25 miles from the east entrance of the park.
This place doesn't have any boring hotel rooms. Instead, choose from glamping tents, tiny houses, yurts, and treehouses!
Glamping tents are perfect for those who love the idea of tent camping, but desire a real bed and indoor bathroom. These cozy tents include either a king-sized bed and cot or two queen beds.
In addition to the comfy beds, you'll have some modern amenities like a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, cooktop, and all the pans, dishes, and utensils you need.
A wall separates your living/sleeping area from the bathroom, which has a flush toilet, sink, and shower.
The yurts at East Zion Resort also provide plenty of rustic charm, and some great views to boot!
As many as five guests can sleep comfortably inside, with king-sized beds and sofa beds. Air-conditioning and power make this yurt feel comfortably and homey.
Yurts also have a small kitchen area with everything you need to prepare basic meals and snacks, and they feature bathrooms with running water, too.
East Zion Resort has two kinds of treehouses; the original treehouse that's built on the trunk of a 100-year-old cottonwood tree...
...and several hillside treehouses that are perched on a cliff overlooking the resort.
These light-filled treehouses are as cozy as your own home, and the views from every window are gorgeous. The main level includes a bathroom, sitting room, and kitchen area.
Climb the stairs to the loft, and get cozy in the king-sized bed that's tucked beneath the eaves. The expansive views are even better up here!
If you've ever wondered what it's like to live in a tiny home, you can try it for yourself. Zion East Resort has six tiny homes with two available floor plans.
Both floor plans have two bedrooms, and can accommodate up to five guests.
Tiny houses number five and six (shown here) have a king-sized bed on the main level, and another king bed in the upstairs loft
You can rest and relax in the ample sitting area, and make meals in the full kitchen.
These tiny homes even have rooftop decks, so you can lounge in comfort and watch the sun set!
Whether you're dreaming of a glamping tent, yurt, treehouse, or tiny house, East Zion Resort has the perfect accommodations for your next Zion National Park trip.
