With its floor to wall ceilings, exposed beams, and tree growing right up through the dining room, Tree Room really does bring nature right indoors.

This space is a cozy, intimate place that combines a cabin-like setting with fine dining.

The dining room is filled with Native American art, textiles, and photography from Robert Redford's personal collection.

While the ambiance at Tree Room is incredible, the food is just as amazing. Start your meal with a Sundance salad with currants, candied pecans, goat cheese, and house vinaigrette...

...or order an appetizer, like the scallops with potato foam, tempura mushroom, smoked trout roe, and fish broth.

The Tree Room pepper steak is one of the house specialties, and a guest favorite. It's perfectly grilled and served with buttermilk potato, spinach, and mango chutney.

Other delicious main courses include roasted chicken, elk loin, king salmon, halibut, and lamb loin. The menu changes seasonally, depending on what's fresh.

Dessert is just as divine as dinner, so do your best to save a bit of room. From the strawberry tiramisu to the chocolate cheesecake, it's all downright delicious.

Tree Room is open for dinner Tuesday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., closed Sunday and Monday.
