Escape to This Unique Tiny House Rental Hidden Away in Utah

The Ark Tiny House is one of the most unique Airbnbs in Utah. It's just 20 minutes from Zion National Park but feels like a secluded oasis.

From treehouses to shipping containers, unique Airbnbs in Utah come in all shapes and sizes — including my personal favorite: pint-sized! And we have just the cutest place for you to check out!

The Ark is a modern tiny home located just 20 minutes from Zion National Park in the small town of Virgin, named after the classic biblical story because it has a little bit of everything despite its size. Perched on a hilltop, the home is only a small part of the 75-acre property it rests on, and guests are free to roam and explore the land. The views are unparalleled, stretching for miles in all directions. When you stay at The Ark, you'll feel like there's nobody else on earth.

For a tiny house, The Ark is surprisingly roomy. It makes efficient use of the small space, boasting a full kitchen, a loft, a washer/dryer, a work desk, and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. You'll also enjoy a TV, fast Wifi, reverse osmosis water, and a large bay window complete with a cozy reading nook. The vibe is sleek yet charming, promising to make you feel right at home. In fact, you may never want to check out!

The outdoor area is where this property really shines. Not only is it expansive and secluded, but the amenities are pretty sweet as well. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub while admiring the vast night sky full of stars. There's very little light pollution out here, so it's quite a spectacle to behold.

Wood for the firepit is provided by the hosts, as are skewers for roasting marshmallows. Don't forget to bring graham crackers and chocolate to make homemade s'mores! There's also a BBQ grill if you want to have a cookout. Bring your food down to the stream and have a little picnic as you take in the beautiful surroundings. If you have any leftovers, you're welcome and encouraged to feed the local wildlife! Or, you can leave the scraps in the fridge if you're uncomfortable feeding the animals yourself.

Visit the Airbnb listing for The Ark for more information about the property, including current nightly rates and availability, or to book your stay. And if you're looking for more ways to spruce up your Utah getaway, be sure to visit our itinerary planner for nearby recommendations!
