You Can Stay in an Enchanting Castle Airbnb in Utah

Stay at an enchanting overnight castle guest house in Utah, offering a private balcony, luxury comforts, and breathtaking views of the Salt Lake Valley.

I’ve always wanted to stay in a castle, but I assumed that dream would never become reality because, well, I’m not royalty. As it turns out, however, there’s a castle right here in Draper, Utah, and its luxury guest house is listed on Airbnb. The best part? You can spend the night here for less than what you'd pay at most decent hotels.

The Draper Castle Luxury Apartment is attached to a 24,000-square-foot home locally known as the “Hogwarts Castle.” It’s a truly stunning sight to behold, and you’ll feel like you’re in Europe rather than Utah. The brick exterior, turrets, and Gothic windows evoke a sense of magic that washes over you the moment you arrive.

This is how the apartment looks from the outside. Probably not what comes to mind when you think of the word "apartment," is it? I'd say this is a bit of an upgrade.

No expense was spared in the construction of the apartment; it’s essentially a miniature version of the castle, with the same architectural style and luxury amenities. Guests enjoy vaulted ceilings, a custom stone fireplace, opulent chandeliers, and a balcony overlooking the Draper Temple and Salt Lake Valley. Every day can have a storybook ending when it involves watching the sunset against the rugged Utah landscape. Mornings are magical, too. Take your coffee outside and revel in the stillness before the rest of the world wakes up.

The apartment comfortably sleeps four guests, with one queen bed and a sofa bed, and it has a full bathroom with a glass-enclosed tub and shower combo and rustic wooden doors. You can cook all of your meals here if you wish, as the kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

The living room is incredibly spacious, and there's a wall-mounted TV for your relaxing pleasure. What sets the Draper Castle guest house apart, however, isn't the fancy amenities—it's the intricate details. Stone archways, marble accents, wall sconces, and Gothic-style windows with diamond panes bring the castle vibe to life.

Park City and Sundance are less than 45 minutes away, so if you're visiting in the winter, you can take advantage of the world-class skiing opportunities. There's also a trail system located right behind the home, offering some of the best hikes in Utah. Deer are known to inhabit the surrounding woods, so your morning or evening stroll may be accompanied by a few special visitors. No matter what time you visit this enchanting overnight castle in Utah, it feels like your own private kingdom.

Visit the Airbnb listing for the Draper Castle Luxury Apartment for more information about the property, including current nightly rates and availability.
