While that may not be happening anytime soon, the next best thing is staying in a property that was graced by their presence—and that is entirely possible at the Barndominium in Lacy Lakeview, Texas.

Situated on 16 acres with a spring-fed lake and towering oak trees, this quaint and cozy escape will steal your heart in no time.

The property sleeps upwards of 16 guests, boasting nine beds in five bedrooms, plus two full baths. It’s certainly a far cry from the horse barn it once was! This would be a perfect home base for a reunion, wedding party, or any other gathering with 15+ folks! Don't worry, there is plenty of space for everyone to sprawl out.

Each room is a masterpiece all its own, with modern farmhouse decor and calming neutral tones. As you’re looking around and taking it all in, you can really see just how much thought and care went into designing the space.

Most of the furniture was handpicked by the couple, so you can truly immerse yourself in their world - if only for a night.

My favorite part of the home is the two-story, 800-square-foot outdoor deck. This was not original - the current owners installed it - but I think it’s the finishing touch that takes the barn over the top. The string lights add just the right amount of light in the evenings... though if I'm being honest, I would turn them off so I can spend the night stargazing. With wide open skies like that, it's the perfect spot to watch a meteor shower!

Cook your favorite meals in the spacious kitchen, gather with family and friends in the beautiful living area, and catch an iconic Hill Country sunset on the deck. Now this is how you vacation!
