This spacious Airbnb beach house accommodates up to 12 guests and is situated just steps from the water, offering an unobstructed line of sight to the sunrises, sunsets, and gently crashing waves.

I love a good waterfront getaway, and this beautiful beach house in the Blue Water neighborhood of the Bolivar Peninsula is at the top of my list. The property is nicknamed "Beach Girl" and sleeps up to 12 people in four bedrooms.

The split-level house boasts a balcony on each story, offering unparalleled views of the Gulf shoreline. Parking space for six cars is located underneath the home.

Upon stepping inside, you'll notice the home has a distinctly beachy vibe with neutral tones and large windows that let in lots of light. The living area is perched on the top floor and features comfortable furniture and a flat-screen TV - perfect for movie nights!

If you love to cook, you'll be in heaven here. The kitchen is outfitted with cutting-edge appliances that allow you to embrace your inner chef, and a large island with barstool seating was made for entertaining.

When it comes time to turn in for the night, you'll sink into comfort thanks to the top-notch sleeping arrangements.

There are two master bedrooms with king beds on the lower level of the house, one of which also features a private bathroom. The kid's room can also be found downstairs, furnished with two twin bunk beds (so four beds total). Finally, a spare bedroom and full bathroom are just off the living area upstairs.

In my opinion, what truly sets this Airbnb apart is the view. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or letting the gentle sound of waves crashing ashore lull you to sleep, you really can't beat the location.
