This fairly level 2.4-mile trail will take you through the woods and bring you to some stunning views of the lake.

Nearby, the Land Between Lakes area is a fascinating place to explore for the day. Take a scenic drive from Tennessee, venturing *literally* between lakes and into Kentucky! Enjoy plenty of wildlife and history all along the way; The Homeplace, for example, provides insight into what life was like in Tennessee's earliest days.

If you don’t want to leave the state park, that's completely understandable. Perhaps you'd prefer to launch a boat or kayak and make the most out of the water by getting right in it! There is something inherently calming and peaceful about being in the middle of the lake, cutting the engine, and allowing yourself to just enjoy the quietude.
