The treehouse has two living/sleeping areas: the small, 10x10 main treehouse, and the larger, 12x18 "high deck."

In the main treehouse, you'll find a small sitting area, and a loft with a full-sized bed.

Take the little bridge through the trees to the High Deck.

You'll love this spacious perch in the treetops! Swing in the hammock chairs and enjoy the fresh air. The queen-sized floating bed is suspended from the ceiling...

...and you'll have great views of the little stream below. It can get chilly up on the high deck, but the host provides heavy blankets, and the atmosphere is well worth bundling up.

You can also reach the high deck from a steep staircase. This adults-only treehouse isn't suitable for small children - the staircase off the high deck and ladder to the loft in the main treehouse aren't safe for little ones. Leave them with a sitter and have a romantic getaway!

Underneath the high deck, you'll find a kitchen, dining, and bathroom area. There's a composting toilet and hot shower, as well as a dining table.

The little kitchen area has a propane stove and dishes, pots, and utensils so you can make some basic meals. There's no refrigerator, so bring a cooler and ice along if you want some cold drinks.

This treehouse is rustic - more like upgraded camping than a hotel room - but it's so charming that you shouldn't mind a little dirt under your feet.
