A Treehouse Restaurant In North Carolina, Treehouse Whiskey and Fork, Is Straight Out Of A Fairytale

North Carolina has a multitude of fun and invigorating restaurants to keep both you and the kids entertained. But there aren't many restaurants that are as unpredictably enchanting as this one with a treehouse theme that is sure to make you feel like a kid again. Imagine spending an evening chowing down at the treehouse restaurant in North Carolina for an epically unusual dining experience. With its whimsical atmosphere, the Treehouse Whiskey and Fork Restaurant in Charlotte is practically straight out of a fairytale.

For starters, the decor includes a faux tree growing up out of the middle of the room into a plot of grass in the ceiling. Add to that walls that are covered with tree trunks and tree trunk slices.

The eatery also utilized reclaimed wood from Kentucky whiskey cellars, as well as vintage tables and cedar on some of the walls.

It's both whimsical and pretty. What's more, this neighborhood eatery is located in a strip of sorts — in South Park.

If the decor doesn't keep you coming back for more, then the food definitely will. Their menu includes everything from delicious tacos to mouthwatering burgers and more.

If it's a salad you're craving in the treehouse, then they have you covered there too. We suggest you have it with at least a cup of the housemade brisket chili. Yum.

Speaking of meat... why not just order a platter for the whole table? The Treehouse Platter gets you six proteins from the smoker or grill. That's plenty to share with everyone, right?

Sunday morning brunch includes a bloody mary bar with so many toppings you may have to remind yourself to leave some for everyone else.

But leaving some for everyone else won't likely be a consideration that'll cross your mind on Monday nights. It may be hard to stop once you dig into the Monday night special: all-you-can-eat crab legs!

If your Monday nights are already filled with the pastime of the season, then no worries... they have a few screens strategically placed around the treehouse. And in the right season, you can enjoy a roomy patio with its own bar (and screens).
