As much as we hate to see attractions that we've grown up with here in New York close their doors, it's always exciting to see a familiar place transformed into something new - all while preserving the site's history. Operating for more than 70-years here in the Empire State, generations of New Yorkers have fond memories from when The Catskill Game Farm was still up and running. Well, if your heart is still longing for the former zoo, then see how this historic gem could be all yours now that it's officially back on the market.

Back on the market and looking for a buyer, the property best known as the former site of The Catskill Game Farm could be all yours for a pretty penny!

For those who haven't kept up with the history of the former game farm once it closed its doors in 2006, the property went on to be left abandoned for more than 5 years until it was purchased by its current owners.

Giving the abandoned site quite the makeover, since purchasing the property back in 2012 The Old Game Farm has become both a small glampground and boutique hotel.

Within the property, you'll find most of The Catskill Game Farm's structures still standing - with a total of 4 glampsites situated alongside what's left of the former zoo.

While the next owners of The Old Game Farm will inherit a 14-stable horse barn, Rhino house, more than 100 buildings, 52 fenced areas, and 3.5-miles of paved roadways...

...they'll also get the Long Neck Inn - a boutique hotel that was formerly the game farm's Giraffe House where April the Giraffe was actually born!
