Enjoy Snowy Days and Starry Nights at This Winter Cabin Airbnb in Nevada

If you have dreams of spending a few snowy days in a winter cabin in Nevada, this retreat in Tahoe is the perfect getaway destination.

It's winter and after the holidays, but that doesn't mean we can't enjoy the cold weather, right? I am a huge fan of taking a winter getaway post-holiday season. I also love the snow, so booking a stay at a cozy cabin surrounded by snow this time of year seems like the best idea ever. Honesty, I think it's the best way to decompress and relax.

If you're anything like me and have dreams of spending a few snowy days in a winter cabin in Nevada, this retreat in Tahoe looks perfect. Located in Stateline, Nevada, a small community of fewer than 1,000 residents on the southeastern shores of Lake Tahoe, is a spacious modern cabin that's the ideal winter getaway destination. If an open concept, large windows, privacy, and just two miles from the area's ski lifts pique your interest, then this is the cabin for you!

Now, this is by no means a typical cabin. Instead of rustic, it's modern and luxurious with plenty of space to accommodate up to eight guests. In fact, there are four bedrooms and six beds to make sleeping arrangements easy to figure out with your group.

What I love about this cabin is the open-concept living space. With two large leather sofas, a basket of blankets, and a fireplace, you'll feel all warm and cozy on a cold, snowy day. The well-stocked gourmet kitchen off the living room has bar seating at the island, three coffee makers, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you need. Additionally, a BBQ is provided as well.

Downstairs is where you'll find a game room, a great hangout space, especially for kids. There's a 70-inch TV, a foosball table, a karaoke machine, and a Nintendo Wii that will make a snow day so much fun when you just want to stay indoors. There's even a wet bar for the adults.

Head outside, and you'll discover one large deck with seating and a fire pit table, perfect for a night under the stars. The spiral staircase off of this deck leads to a rooftop deck for stargazing.

And then there's the hot tub. Go for a winter hike or ski during the day and come back here for a soak in the evening under the stars. Doesn't that sound lovely?

So, have you made your winter plans yet? I think a stay at this winter cabin in Nevada surrounded by snow is a wonderful option for a getaway with family or friends. Besides, you'll be close to Lake Tahoe and the ski lifts at the Boulder and Stagecoach Lodges.
