Although considered a small town, Branson is known for being jam-packed with attractions and activities. Table Rock Lake is perhaps one of the most popular attractions in town, making these abandoned mansions in Branson located in a prime location.

The Branson mansions would have attracted those who wanted all of the amenities of a luxury home while being within easy driving distance of the action-packed town of Branson.
At a cost of $1.5 billion, construction on Indian Ridge Resort got underway in 2006. Several homes neared completion when the economy hit a huge snag – the Great Recession.
The Great Recession wreaked havoc on the economy from 2007 to 2009 and brought construction on Indian Ridge Resort to a screeching halt.
