Sweet Somethings Bed and Breakfast is located right above Sweet Somethings Bakery in downtown Laurel.
Both charming and historic, the building that houses the B&B and bakery was built in 1923 and originally served as a grocery store.
Sweet Somethings Bed and Breakfast, along with the bakery, opened several years ago to a warm reception.
And since then, countless people have stayed at the charming inn, which is made up of a studio suite and a two-bedroom suite.
Perfect for groups of all sizes, the studio suite is suitable for up to two guests, while the two-bedroom suite sleeps up to six.
Aside from the difference in size, the suites boast lots of similarities, including a cozy atmosphere and lots of original features, such as 16’ ceilings and wood floors.
They’ve got all the comforts of home too, such as wifi, cable TV, a fireplace, room-darkening shades, and more.
But the suites’ best feature is probably their location above a bakery. What’s more, when the bakery’s open, you can access it directly via a flight of stairs.
And you’ll definitely want to check out the bakery because it boasts an appetizing assortment of fresh-baked sweets and breads.
Oh, and did we mention that a stay at Sweet Somethings Bakery includes a complimentary breakfast from the bakery?
