Discover autumn's magic with a stay at this rustic treehouse in Louisiana, where your days are spent soaking up the beauty of the season by the tranquil pond.

Before we know it, the warm days of summer will begin to fade to make way for cooler autumn nights. And if you’re anything like me, fall is your favorite time of year, and you can’t wait to savor the beauty of the cozy season. Days in Louisiana are warm enough for kayaking on a lake or for peaceful hikes in the colorful woodlands. Your evenings? They’re spent next to the crackling fire as the crisp breeze kisses your cheeks. As we bid farewell to our sun-filled days, let’s plan a trip to this dreamy waterfront treehouse in Youngsville, Louisiana. Your stay at this unique Airbnb will be pure end-of-summer magic.

Rustic, peaceful, and brimming with charm, this treehouse in Youngsville is by far one of our favorite getaways in Louisiana. And we’re not alone, a recent guest echoed our sentiments and stated, ”Wow, what a beautiful oasis. This has to be one of my fave Airbnb places I’ve ever stayed at in the world.” And you won’t be disappointed either. This unique hideaway is where dreams come true.

Though it’s close to all the attractions in town, the treehouse, nestled in nature, feels like you’re worlds away from the hum and buzz of city life. It’s the kind of destination where you can unplug your smart devices and fully immerse yourself in all its beauty. For the best experience, I’d recommend planning your trip at the end of summer or early fall. The weather would be perfect for outdoor fun in the sun and for cozy evenings.

With two bedrooms and three beds, the bungalow has enough room for up to seven guests. But if you’re a solo traveler or a couple seeking a romantic getaway, this treehouse works for that, too. Traveling with the little ones? They will have a blast living out their vacation dreams at this Airbnb. Inside, there is plenty to keep them busy, including flatscreen TVs, Wi-Fi, ping pong, darts, board games, and of course, the loft where they can have their own space to relax and play. Since the treehouse is pet-friendly for service animals, your furry bestie can come along for this trip, too.

The open-concept floor plan is ideal for entertaining your entire group. While in the well-equipped kitchen, making your morning coffee or cooking your meals, you can exchange laughter with your loved ones. Plus, late mornings can be spent on the furnished balcony, soaking up the views of the tranquil pond.

The yard will be the ultimate place to spend your days. Aside from the outdoor swinging bed, hammock, and yard games, the pond is where you’ll want to be. The weather will be perfect, allowing for peaceful days of fishing on the banks of the water or grabbing the paddle boat and soaking up the views of the area. You and the kids will have the time of your lives creating new end-of-summer memories.

If you’re here while the trees are beginning to change colors, this would be a wonderful way to experience the magic of the autumn season. It’s easy to spend lazy days by the edge of the pond, watching the waterfowl play and marveling at the lovely pre-fall glow. And when the sun begins to set and reflect on the serene water, you won’t want your dreamy vacation to end.

In need of extra adventure? The treehouse is only two miles from the local attractions. Kick off the fall with an early family-friendly day trip to Hill Ridge Farms, an old-fashioned farm in Youngsville. Here, the kids can enjoy wagon and train rides, a carousel, bounce pads, slides, fish feeding, and more. And when you get hungry, stop by the Morvant's Bar and Grill, and savor the juiciest burger in town.

Once you’re done with your fun-filled day, return to your magical treehouse and spend your evening by the campfire. You’ll love listening to the peaceful nighttime sounds next to the crackling fire. Take your evening to the next level by roasting marshmallows over the open flames. There is no doubt that a stay at this unique Airbnb in Louisiana is the best way to say goodbye to summer and kick off the fall season.
