A Day Of Kansas Fun Starts At The Trail City Bed & Breakfast And Continues With Lunch At The Western Trail Cafe

We know all about having your cake and eating it too, but what about two cakes in one? Coolidge is a cool spot in Kansas, but a great way to spend your day here is to enjoy lunch at this cafe followed by a cozy night at the Trail City B&B. Why not enjoy a two in one destination that includes both a B&B and a cafe? Let's go!

Today we're venturing out to Coolidge, Kansas, a small town out west, past Garden City, almost to the border of Colorado.

Out in Coolidge is a little place called Trail City Bed & Breakfast, a cozy spot where you can spend the night and wake up to fresh breakfast, the way we all love to.

It's actually an old renovated saloon built in 1185 that was moved early on from Trail City, Colorado to where it sits now in Coolidge.

Not only do they serve amazing breakfast in the mornings, but there is another spot to go to when you're hungry.

Along with breakfast served, you should also catch lunch or dinner at the Western Trails Cafe, only a couple blocks away from the B&B. Their chicken fried steaks will warm you right up!

They also have new cabins, which make for a smaller yet even cozier stay. If you're just coming through, it might just be the perfect stop to make.

The Bed & Breakfast is open daily depending on weather and special closings. The cafe however, is open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
