Standing since 1960, Walhill Farm spans 250 acres of southeast Indiana and is home to a restaurant, hotel rooms, and event space.

Most of the space is a 190-acre pasture for cows, pigs, and chickens, but there is also a 26-acre hardwood forest on-site as well as 10 acres of gardens three fishing ponds, a large barn for events, a dining hall, and the guest suites.

There are four rooms to choose from at this working farm hotel. Each has a queen or king bed with a possible additional twin bed and tables with chairs.

Rooms also have private baths with walk-in showers, and breakfast is provided daily. The rate is $100 per night.

The on-site restaurant hosts special dinners throughout the year. In addition to the private meals you can schedule for your own parties, there are also specific meals each month available to the public.

Upcoming events include gourmet pizza night in March, Wisconsin fish fry in April, and a whiskey dinner in May. Each meal features ingredients grown on the farm.

You can make reservations for one of these meals or for a room at the inn by calling the farm. Local musicians accompany each meal along with the unique ambiance that can only be found at this farm diner.
