When you arrive, you’ll immediately feel like a prince or princess. Next to a moat, pond, and bridge, you’ll find old castle doors, which were once located on an old Irish prison, to welcome you inside. The living room boasts large windows with an arch design, letting in ample natural sunlight and making it easy to enjoy the incredible views outdoors. If it’s chilly, make sure to bring your favorite book and curl up on the couch next to the large fireplace. You may even want to sit down at the piano, which is surrounded by the large windows, and unleash your creative, musical side.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to create a meal for your entire family. And speaking of your family, they can also enjoy this quiet escape. This castle retreat features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Keep in mind that to reach several of the upper rooms, there is an open spiral staircase that guests must be able to climb.

The master suite, located downstairs, has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. But one of the favorite spaces in this rental is the tower bathroom, complete with many comforts and gorgeous views. Everyone will be fighting for their turn, and nobody will be in a rush once they step inside and shut the door. 

This home's interior is lovely, but I strongly recommend spending plenty of time outside. Explore the brick pathways that lead you around the castle, cross the bridges, and admire the pond. Your imagination will soar during simple walks around the property.

During my own stay, you would find me on the deck, admiring the breathtaking views, watching the fog cover the mountains, and feeling inspired by the incredible starry show at night.
