Turns out there are a lot of famous people from West Virginia. There were so many, in fact, that we couldn't fit them into one list (or even two).

So this is part 2 of a list of famous West Virginians. The first part has 20 people, including Chuck Yeager, Brad Paisley, Don Knotts, and several others. Read the first part of that list here. 

1. Little Jimmy Dickens

This country music legend was born in Bolt, W.Va.

2. Bill Withers

Withers, known for his classic song "Lean on Me," was born in Slab Creek.

3. Michael W. Smith

This well known contemporary Christian music artist was born in Ceredo-Kenova. He doesn't live here now, but that's OK, because friends (of West Virginia) are friends forever,

4. Soupy Sales

Sales, a comedian and TV personality, was born in North Carolina but graduated high school in Huntington.

5. John Forbes Nash Jr.

This winner of the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences was born in Bluefield. He was the inspiration for the movie "A Beautiful Mind." He died earlier this year.

6. Randy Moss

This retired NFL player is considered among the greatest wide receivers of all time. He grew up in Rand.

7. Anna Sale

If you're a fan of podcasts, you've probably heard Charleston native Anna Sale's show "Death, Sex and Money." And if you haven't, you should.

8. Aaron Staton

Aaron Staton, who played Ken Cosgrove on the popular drama "Mad Men" is from Huntington, W.Va.

9. Peter Marshall

Peter Marshall, former host of Hollywood Squares was born in Huntington, WV.

10. Booker T. Washington

This teacher, author and civil rights leader grew up in the Kanawha Valley.

11. Kathy Mattea

This country music star is originally from South Charleston.

12. Jennifer Garner

I know she was born in Texas, but she went to high school in Charleston and still comes here to visit. Plus anyone who goes on Conan O'Brien and sings "West Virginia Hills" is the best kind of West Virginian in my book.

13. Morgan Spurlock

This documentary filmmaker and humorist is best known for his film "Supersize Me." He was born in Parkersburg and raised in Beckley.

14. Hot Rod Hundley

Handley, a American professional basketball player and television broadcaster, died earlier this year. He was from Charleston.
