3. Jefferson Museum Of Art And History
Housed within the red brick walls of the historic 1892 Port Townsend City Hall Building, you will find the Jefferson Museum of Art and History . Learn the History of Jefferson County and Port Townsend through informative, permanent exhibits, and take in the beauty of local art on rotating displays by local and regional artists. Though the police and fire departments, and offices have moved out of the building in favor of modern facilities, the original City Hall Building still stands tall; a pillar of strength and beauty for future generations to enjoy.
