An inner suburb of Dallas, University Park has seen a sharp decrease in violent crime rates has held steady over the past year and property crime rates have also fallen.
9. Helotes
Even more impressive than University Park, Helotes is recognized as a safe town in Texas largely due to the property crime rate, which has decreased by nearly half in recent years.
