Fishing, paddling, or floating - however you choose to enjoy our ponds, rivers, and beaches, you know at the end of the day you'll feel so much better.
8. Don't be afraid to take the scenic route
Growing up in Delaware involves a lot of back road detours, so don't lose your sense of wanderlust. Take a country road you haven't noticed before and you'll learn to appreciate the best kept secrets of our state.
9. Be ready and willing to lend a hand.
Delaware's sense of community is strong, and don't forget the volunteer days you enjoyed as a kid! Take the time to help your neighbors, clean up your local parks, and spend time keeping our state beautiful.
