Sample Unlimited Tacos At The Upcoming Tequila And Taco Festival In Southern California

The Tequila and Taco Festival will be held at the Ventura County Fairgrounds in Ventura, California, and this event will make your summer complete!

California’s largest traveling Tequila & Taco Music Festival is bringing a full weekend of tacos, tequila, and music to Surfer’s Point Live at Ventura County Fairgrounds.

Prepare for two days of quintessential Southern California fun in the sun on July 13 and 14, 2024, from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Saturday and from noon until 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Your festival experience is completely up to you. In addition to General Admission, there are two 21 and over tasting experiences, the Tequila Experience and the Margarita Experience for Two (yes, the Margarita Experience tickets are sold in pairs only). Tickets for sampling are only good on the day they are purchased for.

During the event, you will have ample opportunity to sample top-shelf Tequila while also enjoying the absolute best street tacos in Ventura.

Each “Tequila Experience” ticket is good for six half-ounce samples of some of the best Tequilas. You'll also be given a souvenir tasting glass to take home!

The Tequila Experience is available from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturday and from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. on Sunday.

The Margarita Experience includes admission for two and two Cayman Jack Margaritas. This experience can only be purchased as a set of two. So, make sure you bring a friend to indulge in this part of the event!

I cannot imagine anyone who doesn’t love filling up on simple street tacos, but maybe save a little space for the other gourmet creations you will discover at the event. Surf-n-turf fries? Why not?!

If Tequila and margaritas are not exactly your thing, not to worry. Enjoy a variety of craft beer options - if there is anything other than Tequila that goes great with tacos, it’s an ice-cold beer!
