The Neapolitan-style pizza is a specialty here, and Caffe Calabria is a member of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana.

This association in Naples, Italy, has strict standards for its members. Pizzas must be made with the finest 00 Italian flour, San Marzano tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella. The dough is hand-formed under exact specifications.

Once the pizza is ready, it's placed in an oven that's heated to 806 - 896 degrees Fahrenheit. It's baked for just 60 to 90 minutes.

The result is an absolutely delicious Neapolitan pizza!
