Foodie road trips come in a variety of delicious adventures. But one thing the all have in common is the thrill of exploring new places as well as new restaurants. One note about Mountain House Restaurant: Many people who make the trek up to Caesars Head on Sundays encounter the Mountain House (which is closed on Sundays) and then they become convinced the restaurant has closed for good. It has not. It’s merely closed on Sundays and Mondays. If you’re one of those people who, sadly, traveled on Sunday or Monday to Caesars Head and thought the eatery had closed… then GOOD NEWS.. it has not. Pease don’t post in the comments that it’s closed.
