Since fish and chips originated in the UK (around 1860), you may be surprised to find we’re featuring this delectable dish in an Irish pub – but don’t be. Fish and Chips is actually a staple food of Ireland as well.
Nothing quite compares to a fish and chips done the right way. We're talking about a nice, crunchy outside with a beer batter and just the right amount of crispiness to keep the juices in until you take that first bite — and then savor a light and flaky fish filet. Bite after bite, it's delectable.
