The Gulf Stream Bar & Grille Is The Most Dog-Friendly Restaurant In Rhode Island
if you’re a dog owner in Rhode Island, finding a place that will allow your dog to join you for a meal is no easy task. Fortunately, Rhode Island has plenty of pup-friendly bars and eateries, and you’ll often be taken to the best seats in the house — the patio. And if you ever treat your dog to a meal at the Gulf Stream Bar & Grille, you’ll both be delighted to discover that there’s an entire canine menu.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. The eatery sits inside an original Quonset Hut, which was built in 1942 as part of the US Navy’s PT-Boat Training Center at Melville.

And they've been cooking up creative cuisine here ever since.

Luckily, these seats happen to be the best spots in the house.

From soups and salads to burgers and sandwiches, the cuisines is both delicious and unpretentious.

The lobster roll, chilled lobster meat tossed with celery and red onion in a lemon-parsley aioli, is to die for.

The Doggie Menu consists of both hearty meals and sweet treats for dessert.

Luckily, if that does happen, you won't mind one bit.
Treat your pup (and yourself) to a meal at The Gulf Stream Bar & Grille before patio dining season ends. It’s worth it.
