This Classic But Unassuming Steakhouse In Rhode Island Has Legendary Steaks

Luckily there are some great spots to grab a perfectly prepared slab of grade A beef, and to make a fun evening of it as well. This Rhode Island steakhouse is one of our favorites.

Located right in the heart of downtown Providence, Ten Prime Steak and Sushi makes for the perfect ending to an exciting day out, or the ideal start to a night of carousing.

The atmosphere is a great combo of cool and cozy, with low lighting, different tones of wood, and many shades of blue all around. It feels upscale but not snooty, and signals that a great meal is ahead.

The bartenders at Ten Prime are so skilled, you'll definitely want to have a cocktail (or three!) With specials changing throughout the seasons and ranging from fun and fruity to sultry and dark, you're sure to find a drink that will excite your taste buds.

Of course the star of the show is the steak!

All the beef is certified angus or prime and is aged for 28 days or longer depending on the cut.

There is even authentic American wagyu beef from Snake River Farms available.

And if you want to get extra fancy you can have your steak topped with crab, shrimp, or bacon wrapped scallops. Almost any way you like your steak, Ten Prime has it as an option.

While we are talking about steak today, we can't ignore the "sushi" in Ten Prime Steak and Sushi. If you have a guest that isn't interested in steak, this restaurant makes for a great comprimise with a fresh and delightful sushi menu.

You can choose from sushi, nigiri, traditional rolls, and rolls unique to Ten Prime.

Just make sure to save a little room for dessert. Specials change on occasion but the offerings never fail to amaze. This lemongrass cheesecake with a blueberry bergamot compote looks so scrumptious!
