Want to buy (or just browse) fantastic, locally-made art and gifts? Look no further than Portland’s Sevigny Studio PDX, a true Oregon hidden gem. Run by owner-artist Katie Sevigny, the boutique is part art gallery, part jewelry store, part gift shop, part housewares store, part art studio, part event space, and so much more!

In other words, there is a lot going on in this small but mighty gallery that’s quickly become a centerpiece of the SE Division arts community since opening during the pandemic. The wildly talented Sevigny often paints in the shop, so you can see her creativity in action. She’s also a super friendly shopkeeper, a devoted champion of other artists’ work, and dedicated to building community in Portland.

“Our mission is to bring a wonderfully curated collection of art and goods to our neighborhood,” says Sevigny, who also owns another gallery in Anchorage, Alaska, where she lived before relocating several years ago. Both her shops sell a wide range of goods, from glassware and earrings to handbags and sculptures.
