Each year, the farm's 40 acres shine bright with the bold orange, bright pink, and golden yellow hues of thousands and thousands of dazzling dahlias.

The bloom's peak coincides with the annual Dahlia Festival, which typically takes place the last week in August and the first week in September. It's a perennial favorite and a must-visit festival in the Beaver State.

Swan Island Dahlias cultivates and grows 370 different varieties of dahlias, and the result is nothing short of magical. Walking into this flower farm in Oregon feels a bit like entering the Land of Oz, minus the wicked witches and flying monkeys.
