Located on the Portland Waterfront, Veritable Quandary is an incredible French fine dining restaurant that's not to be missed.
This farm-to-table breakfast and lunch restaurant in Bend will blow you away.
16. Community Plate
Community Plate is a New American breakfast and lunch restaurant in McMinnville. Here's a photo of one of their rotating specials: roasted vegetable sweet potato hash with brussels sprouts, cauliflower, red pepper, zucchini, mushrooms and a duck egg on top.

This beloved sushi bar is a hidden gem in Eugene.
Located in Ashland, Amuse is a romantic fine dining restaurant with French influences using local and seasonal ingredients.

It's not exactly a restaurant, but no trip to Oregon is complete without a scoop of Salt & Straw's incredible, unique ice cream. They've perfected lots of innovative flavors including Strawberry Honey Balsamic with Black Pepper and Arbequina Olive Oil. Their ice cream has won many awards all over the country.

Local Ocean Seafood is an amazing seafood restaurant and fish market in Newport serving some of the freshest, most delicious seafood imaginable.
3. Pok Pok
Pok Pok is an incredible, unique Thai restaurant in Portland that has won numerous awards across the country. Try their famous chicken wings, photographed above.
Thistle is a delicious farm-to-table restaurant in McMinnville whose goal is to " create a true Oregon dining experience and showcase the region’s bounty." Thistle won the 2011 “Restaurant of the Year” award from The Oregonian.
