Oklahoma is full of delicious hidden gems that would be impossible to find all on your own. So, I assembled a starter list of the most scrumdiddlyumptious, under the radar restaurants in Oklahoma that are waiting to be discovered. You have to check them out because they will all blow you away!

1. Juniper Restaurant - 324 E 3rd Street, Tulsa
Featuring seasonal menus, Juniper serves award-winning creative dishes that are sourced locally. Check out their alleyway garden where they grow their own herbs.
2. Pepe Delgados - 786 Asp Avenue, Norman
Pepe Delgados serves some of the best authentic Mexican in the Sooner State. If you're looking for Tex Mex, this isn't your place. But if you're looking for fresh, authentic Mexican food, then you must try Pepe Delgados.
3. Hen House - 613 W Broadway Street, Okemah
This cozy eatery in Okemah serves delicious comfort food in a darling house turned restaurant. Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, meatloaf and homemade desserts are some of the local favorites.
4. JJ's Wing Shack - 211 N. Oak Street, Sallisaw
JJ's Wing Shack has been open just over a year and in that short time has become a favorite chicken wing joint for Oklahomans. JJ's serves always fresh, never frozen, farm raised chicken wings. Wings can be ordered up naked traditional, breaded traditional, or boneless wings in one of 17 flavors.

For a truly down home dining experience, make a visit to Jimmy's Cafe in Oklahoma City. You won't find frozen food at this establishment - only handmade, fresh ingredients. And make sure you try the hand-pinched yeast dinner rolls...they are amazing!
9. Rooster's Chicken & Tunes - 7421 S U.S 81, Hennessey
Roosters is a family restaurant with a sports bar feel. Guests love the 7 HD televisions for watching sports, while eating their delicious food. From wings to chicken fried steak, the wide variety of menu options is sure to please every guest.
10. BG's Catch - 605 1/2 Highway 70 East, Kingston
If you're ever in the Lake Texoma area, make sure to stop into BG's Catch in Kingston. Catfish, shrimp and a chicken buffet are a few of the favorites that keep the locals coming back year after year.
