This Building Is The Most Investigated Place In Oklahoma For Paranormal Activity

The Blue Belle Saloon in Guthrie, Oklahoma, is renowned for its rich history and frequent paranormal activity.

There's quite a history that sits at 224 West Harrison in Guthrie, Oklahoma. During Territorial Days, the Blue Saloon opened and later became a brothel and bar owned by a lady named Madame Lizzy. Murders and mystery soon followed and the building became plagued with paranormal activity. Read below to find out more about the most investigated place in the Sooner State for paranormal activity.

The Blue Belle Saloon in Guthrie has existed since the town's tent days, and in 1901 the brick structure was added to the building at on the corner of Harrison Avenue and 2nd Street. At the turn-of-the-century, it became a bordello run by Madame Miss Lizzie.

The building has been occupied by many different tenants over the years, but one thing hasn't changed —

the endless reports of paranormal activity. It's now the most investigated building in the Sooner State for ghost sightings, strange noises, weird lights, and ghostly cries.

Apparitions have been seen in the building of men and bordello girls thought to be Miss Lizzie and two of her girls, Claudia and Estelle. Claudia was allegedly beaten to death and buried inside the saloon. Women crying and singing have been heard in the establishment as well.
