This Former Gas Station Has Now Been A Favorite Local BBQ Joint For Over 20 Years In Oklahoma
I live in a house full of bbq lovers, and while it’s not my favorite food, I do love a good hot link from time to time. Part of the requirement of living with bbq connoisseurs is having to try all the bbq restaurants we come across. We travel quite a bit in the state for sports, so we have sampled over a few dozen barbecue joints in every part of the state. One of our favorites (along with hundreds of others based on raving reviews) is Albert G’s in Tulsa.
Doesn’t all this food look so delicious?

There’s a little ghost town in Oklahoma that’s home to world-class bbq and you’re going to want to try it. Smok-Shak has been serving tasty bbq for over 30 years in Ingersoll – once a bustling rail town in the Sooner State. Its population has rapidly declined over the years, classifying it as a ghost town, but this delicious bbq restaurant still draws in thousands of visitors every year. Read more about it here.
