In 2022, the Ohio vineyard broke ground on its newest endeavor: The Cave at Gervasi Vineyard, a 20,000 sq. ft. building that will serve multiple purposes.
First: the titular spa: a 5,000 sq. ft, state-of-the-art facility aimed at providing Gervasi guests and local spa seekers a beautiful and tranquil experience along with exceptional spa services.
But that's not all. In an effort to create an intimate and immersive experience for Ohio oenophiles, The Cave will have a wholly underground component, complete with tasting rooms, barrel rooms, traditional tastings, private events, and exclusive tours.
