11 More Christmas Light Displays In Ohio That Are Positively Enchanting
Here in Ohio, we can’t get enough of Christmas light displays.
There’s just something about piling into the car with family to go through a drive-thru a light display or get out and walk through a winter wonderland of Christmas lights with a steaming cup of hot chocolate in your hands. All throughout Ohio, you’ll find some really impressive holiday light displays. (Be sure to check out our first listicle here.) The following are 11 more Christmas light displays in Ohio that are positively enchanting this year.

With tickets available at the door, Akron Zoo Wildlights returns this year from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on December 2-4, 9-11, 16-18, 22-23 & 26-30. (Be sure to visit Santa Land and ride the carousel while you're here.)

This gorgeous Amish community light display is off the beaten path somewhat on a West Salem farm, but it's worth the journey. The displays run on Monday-Staurday until 9 p.m. each night. (Please do not bring pets.) It is located at 11844 Williams Rd., West Salem, OH 44287.

Stadium Park in the city of Canton features more than 30 light displays this year each night (beginning at 5 p.m.) until January 5. Admission is free.

This family favorite drive-thru light display features more than 1.2 million lights each night until Christmas Eve. (You can even see Santa in the cabin on Wednesday-Sunday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.) Admission is by donation. It is located at Fort St. Clair Park in Eaton, Ohio.

With a 2-mile drive-thru light display, scheduled visits from Santa and Anna and Elsa, this display is fun for the whole family. It runs until December 31 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursdays and Sundays and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. It is located at 13190 Patterson Rd., North Lawrence, OH 44666.

Lake Shore Park in Ashtabula, Ohio features more than 70 displays against Lake Erie's gorgeous backdrop. It is open on Friday- Sunday until December 27 this year from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

This replica of an old west town in southern Ohio is lit up with Christmas cheer each night from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (and until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.) Admission is $5 for weekdays and $8 on Saturdays. (Kids 10 and under are free.) Dogwood Pass is located at 722 Adams Rd., Beaver OH, 45613.

Open nightly until December 26th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., this drive-thru light display features a great show. Admission is $5 per vehicle. It is located at 13344 State Route 67, Kenton, OH 43326.

Coney Island Amusement Park features a nightly Christmas light show from dusk until 10 p.m. until January 1. It's a 2-mile drive-thru display. Admission is $6 per person. (Children 3 and under are free.)

The Dickens Victorian Village in Cambridge is a must-see. Take a trip back in time and explore the historic downtown of Cambridge. Until early January, the town is transformed into old world England, featuring more than 90 scenes of 180 lifelike figures representing typical scenes from Victorian society and Dickens' novels. When the sun goes down, the courthouse features a fantastic light show from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. every night until January 7, 2017.

Another family favorite drive-thru Christmas lights display, this event takes place at the Marion County Fairgrounds on December 8-11 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and on December 15-25, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Admission is $6 per car.
