Founder Melinda Mueller chose to follow a dream and a passion, and through many ups and downs has established a successful chocolate business in the Tristate. Her sons work with her now and they are about to open a shop in the heart of the city in Oakley.
Ruby's is currently based out of Hamilton where you'll find its warehouse and original retail shop.
Ruby's is known for its beautiful creations that taste as good as they look. You can order these truffle cakes and other treats from the shop's website, at its Hamilton store, and soon from the new location in Oakley.

Moist cake is covered with your choice of white, milk, or dark chocolate and then topped in a variety of ways. Ruby's also serves Joysticks, the pretzels shown above that are covered in chocolate and caramel and drizzled with more chocolate, candies, and nuts.
