Hiding out in the community of Novato is a family's house that is lovingly referred to as "The Christmas House" by locals. The nickname is fitting, considering the fact that every year this one-story wood frame home transforms into a Christmas wonderland.

Edmundo Rombeiro has been opening up his house to visitors during the holiday season since 1991. That sure is a lot of Christmases! The Rombeiro Christmas House puts every light display you've seen to shame, and seeing it should be a priority this year.

Visitors are welcome to check it out for themselves every day from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm through January 6, 2019. Consider dropping off a donation to the Rombeiros while you're there. You'll find the house located at 34 Devonshire Drive in Novato.
