Five acres of this organic farm is dedicated to Capay Valley Lavender. Lavender harvested from this small patch of land goes to producing essential oil, lavender buds, and myriad culinary and bath items.
It's clear that this little farm is passionate about its lavender fields! Visitors are welcome to come and visit the farm and they even offer tours on select days.
The farm tour is offered every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The tour involves around a mile of walking across flat terrain while learning about the lavender varieties, how lavender is harvested, and the distillation process.
You'll even enjoy a warm scone during the tour so you can experience the flavor of culinary lavender. The experience costs just $7.50. Tour groups are limited to 10 people and tour guests are welcome to stay longer at the farm after the tour.
