You Can Watch Planes Land At This Underrated Restaurant In Northern California

Who doesn’t love small town airports? Northern California has a ton, but we’re all about enjoying creature comforts while we sit and watch planes come and go. That’s why we love Nancy’s Airport Cafe in Willows.

Nancy's Airport Cafe is the perfect place to watch the planes come and go. People have even been known to fly into this airport just to grab a meal at this friendly restaurant.

It's decorated throughout with images of planes and many of these pictures feature local planes and pilots that fly out of this airport.

For anyone interested in aviation history, it's a real treat to see the different styles of aircrafts honored here.

Nancy’s Airport Cafe serves the local residents of the Willows-Glenn County community as well as area farmers, aerial firefighters, pilots, and highway travelers by providing hearty and wholesome meals and desserts.

Speaking of hearty meals, you definitely won't leave here hungry. Their BLT features 8 slices of thick cut bacon.

The "Cali" burger definitely doesn't skimp on the curly fries, either.

In fact, all their meals are incredibly filling. Visitors leave here as satisfied as if they were fed a home cooked meal.

Try the Broasted Chicken, it's a delight.

Breakfast is a treat here, as well. You have to try their chicken fried steak if you have a hankering for comfort food.

Even items from the Kids Menu are filling and fun. The whole family will enjoy the entire experience at Nancy's.

And if you see a local, stop and say hi. This old fashioned, community oriented cafe is the kind of place you can hang out in for hours and end up feeling like family.

Everyone leaves here with a smile on their face, but that doesn't mean they are happy to go!
