Take a look:
Imagine relaxing on the lawn with views like these!
It's called The Swag, and it's unlike any place you've ever stayed before. From the moment you arrive, you're pampered with luxury and everything you'll need for the entire stay.
And who would want to? The Swag pays attention to every little detail, and the rooms reflect it. Each one has different decor from the next, and all are loaded with rustic luxury.
A variety of rustic buildings make up a wide array of options for your stay. One of the suites (the Woodshed) has a private outdoor copper soaking tub overlooking the Smoky Mountains.
The resort is comprised of 240 acres, much of it right on top of the Cataloochee Divide. Stretch your legs as you enjoy a romantic stroll past the mountaintop pond.
Admittedly, The Swag doesn't come cheap. However, it's absolutely dreamy for any special occasion and the memories you'll make here will last a lifetime (plus, it's all-inclusive).
Do you have a special occasion approaching? This rustic mountain resort is the perfect destination!
The Swag is located at 2300 Swag Rd., Waynesville, NC 28785. Learn more, and book your stay, on their official website.
The Swag was built in 1971 as a private residence. Historic log buildings were taken apart and reassembled on the property. The largest among them now makes up the main living area in the Swag House. It was formerly the Lonesome Valley Primitive Baptist Church in Tennessee. In 1982, the home was sold and the property was converted into this rustic mountain retreat.
