The menu is always prix fixe, and the cost is always several hundred dollars per guest - on weekdays and on weekends.

It's one of the best New York dining experiences.
Many of the ingredients at Blue Hill at Stone Barns come from 64 local farms.
All items are sourced sustainability. Quite a few of the ingredients are sourced directly from the onsite greenhouses and working farm at Blue Hill, though.
Co-owner Dan Barber is well-known for his zero-waste philosophy.
