The Massive LEGO Playground In New York Will Have You Feeling Like A Kid
No matter your age, everyone loves LEGO blocks. There’s something so enticing about the ability to create anything your heart desires. A city, a spaceship, a town full of people: as long as you have the bricks and the imagination, you can craft it! LEGOLAND Discovery Centers are fun parks that allow kids (and kids at heart!) to experience the full potential of LEGO. There are several throughout the country, and we’re lucky enough to have one here right in Yonkers, New York!
The target age range for LEGOLAND Discovery Center is three to twelve. People of all ages can be enthralled with the creativity on display here, though!
One of the coolest attractions at the LEGOLAND Discovery Center is MINIWORLD. Look familiar? It's a collection of LEGO-built replicas of famous New York attractions!
LEGOLAND Discovery Center also has the Kingdom Quest ride. The ride invites participants to zap at enemies while trying to rescue the princess. There's also a 4D cinema and virtual reality experience.
Of course, there's an area to play with LEGO blocks! There are also soft blocks available for younger children. LEGO blocks are a great way to exercise a child's creativity and improve hand-eye coordination.
One of the amazing things about LEGO blocks is how many things can be built out of them! You'll see favorite characters like Batman and Robin, all made out of LEGO bricks, at LEGOLAND Discovery Center.
Lisa loves animals and has dogs, rats, cats, guinea pigs, and snakes. She is passionate about animal rescue, particularly fixing stray cats.
